City Connector – Build Frontiers Network in Accra

About the role

Frontiers is seeking a City Connector to help launch its community in Accra. Over a 60‑day sprint you will tap into the local entrepreneurial, creative and cultural scene to build a high‑quality network of founders, creators, investors and other ambitious individuals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and introduce Frontiers to founders, entrepreneurs, creators, investors, professionals and cultural personalities who align with the community.
• Map and recommend exceptional restaurants, venues, unique local experiences and hidden‑gem events for future Frontiers trips.
• Provide local intelligence on Accra’s ecosystem, including potential travel, hospitality and brand partners.
• Support the planning and execution of Frontiers experiences, such as venue sourcing, guest recommendations and on‑ground logistics.
• Make thoughtful introductions and help develop smaller local gatherings like tables, dinners and meet‑ups.

Required profile

• Deep knowledge of Accra’s entrepreneurial, creative and cultural landscape.
• Strong personal network across founders, creators, investors and community builders.
• Ability to open doors, spot memorable experiences and assess quality over quantity.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for connecting ambitious people.
