About the role
Landsar Developers Ltd is looking for a proactive Construction Supervisor to lead on‑site activities in Accra. The role requires timely execution of tasks and a strong sense of responsibility for delivering quality results.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction operations and ensure work is completed on schedule.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to maintain workflow.
- Monitor safety standards and enforce compliance with regulations.
- Track progress, prepare reports, and communicate updates to management.
- Resolve on‑site issues promptly to minimise delays.
Required profile
- BSc Building Technology or HND Building Technology.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant construction experience.
- Dynamic, proactive attitude with strong organisational skills.
