Corporate Business Development Manager (insurance)

About the role

We are looking for a highly driven and dynamic Associate Manager – Business Development to lead our growth initiatives. The role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional communication and negotiation skills, strong business acumen, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic business plan to achieve revenue and market growth targets.
• Identify and research potential growth opportunities, craft proposals, negotiate and close deals.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Leverage CRM tools to track and manage client interactions and maintain accurate client data.
• Collaborate across teams to design and implement effective growth and retention strategies.
• Utilize sales data analysis to inform marketing and sales strategies.
• Prepare business plans, presentations, and sales materials as needed.
• Manage multiple projects within timelines and deliverables while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.

Required profile

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business development or related sales role, preferably in insurance.
• Demonstrated success in generating revenue and growing client relationships.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical ability with a detail‑oriented approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively and deliver results in a fast‑paced environment.
