Customer Service Manager

About the role

Join our team as a Customer Service Manager and lead a store environment where service excellence, teamwork, and community impact thrive. You will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences while coaching and empowering your team.

Key responsibilities

• Champion the customer experience by resolving queries and complaints efficiently.
• Collect and analyse feedback to continuously improve service delivery.
• Ensure flawless execution of Store Operating Procedures and conduct regular audits.
• Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, safety, and presentation.
• Facilitate clear communication within the team and with customers, sharing success stories.
• Coordinate and deliver customer service training aligned with SOPs.
• Manage administrative tasks and support ad‑hoc projects, including project planning.
• Lead local social responsibility initiatives that benefit the community.

Required profile

• Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• 2‑3 years of frontline, face‑to‑face customer service experience.
• Willingness to transfer between stores as needed.
• Strong organisational, coordination and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and people‑management abilities.
• Proactive, solutions‑driven mindset with a passion for customer satisfaction.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
