Digital Executive – Accra

About the role

Publicis West Africa is looking for a motivated Digital Executive to join its vibrant Accra hub. You will work closely with the Digital Manager and a cross‑functional team to develop and execute digital‑first strategies for clients across 25 African markets.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Digital Manager in creating integrated, digital‑first strategies aligned with global frameworks and regional needs.
• Contribute to client projects by applying expertise in at least one digital discipline such as SEO, social media, content marketing or analytics.
• Conduct research, analyse data and produce reports to inform campaign development, optimisation and performance tracking.
• Assist in managing social media accounts, creating content and handling community management tasks.
• Collaborate with internal teams, clients and external partners to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging digital trends and continuously develop new skills.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
• Strong foundation in digital marketing principles and proven ability in at least one discipline.
• Excellent research, analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interaction.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of French or Portuguese is a plus.
