About the role

We are seeking an experienced Director of Operations to lead and coordinate the daily activities of our organization. The role focuses on ensuring that business processes are well‑aligned, efficient, and supportive of rapid growth and long‑term success.

Key responsibilities

Organize and oversee all operational functions across the company.
Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational procedures.
Coach and mentor staff to enhance productivity and performance.
Identify and apply the most efficient ways to run the business.
Monitor operational metrics and drive initiatives that safeguard and augment efficiency.

Required profile

Proven experience in senior operational leadership roles.
Strong ability to plan and manage diverse operational activities.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Capacity to understand and integrate various company processes.
