About the role
Yango Ghana is seeking a motivated Driver Recruitment Scout to expand our driver network in Accra and surrounding areas. You will be the first point of contact for potential drivers, explaining the benefits of joining our platform and guiding them through the onboarding process.
Key responsibilities
- Approach and speak with drivers in public areas.
- Explain the benefits and requirements of joining the Yango platform.
- Guide drivers through the sign‑up process.
- Train drivers on how to use the Yango PRO app.
Required profile
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence approaching people in public spaces.
- Familiarity with Accra and its main areas.
- Possess a smartphone.
- Self‑motivated and reliable.
