Electrical Technician – Locomotive Operations (4 openings)

About the role

We are looking for four Electrical Technicians to join the Ghana Railway Company Limited’s locomotive operations team. The role focuses on maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems that keep our trains running safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect, test, troubleshoot, maintain and replace faulty electrical systems.
• Assist with electrical testing, commissioning and prepare maintenance reports.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and established maintenance procedures.

Required profile

• Diploma or Technician Part 3 Certificate in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum three years of industrial experience in electrical maintenance or industrial operations.
• Good understanding of electrical drawings, safety procedures and troubleshooting techniques.
