Fashion E‑Commerce Designer – Tailor Liaison Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Fashion E‑Commerce Designer‑Tailor Liaison Specialist to drive growth of Ananse’s marketplace in Accra. The role connects fashion designers, tailors and merchants with our digital platform, helping them transition to online sales and succeed in e‑commerce.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, acquire and engage tailors, designers and creative merchants for the Ananse marketplace.
• Promote Ananse as the preferred e‑commerce partner through targeted campaigns and partnership value propositions.
• Deliver virtual and in‑person onboarding training, workshops and ongoing operational support.
• Conduct quality checks on product listings and coordinate photoshoots to ensure high‑quality imagery.
• Collaborate with photographers, videographers and influencers to create marketing collateral.
• Build local partnerships with fashion houses, agencies and industry stakeholders.
• Represent Ananse at industry events and community engagements to enhance visibility.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in fashion or a related business discipline.
• Experience in tailoring and the fashion industry.
• Strong regional network within the fashion sector.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
