Fixed Base Management and Commercial Performance Manager

About the role

The Fixed Base Management and Commercial Performance Manager will ensure the fixed operational base runs efficiently while meeting revenue, profitability and growth targets. The role combines customer insight, analytics, and cross‑functional collaboration to drive performance across the fixed business.

Key responsibilities

• Own all customer engagement channels, including email marketing planning and execution, to increase stickiness and campaign results.
• Provide regular, up‑to‑date customer insight and KPIs to support decision‑making and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Manage customer segment and campaign analysis, reporting on business KPI performance.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Customer Experience to set performance expectations and influence stakeholders with data‑led recommendations.
• Translate commercial strategy into measurable base performance targets, support planning, forecasting and performance reviews.
• Develop and optimise the Telecel Fixed broadband Loyalty Programme.

Required profile

• Minimum degree in Marketing, Mathematics, Finance or related field.
• At least 2 years experience in a commercial or CVM role.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaborative working ability.
• Proven problem‑solving and analytical skills to develop business cases.

Required skills

• Advanced competence with Microsoft Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
• Experience with analytics tools such as Tableau and SQL.
