French and Spanish Teacher

About the role

YENIQUE PRIX ENTERPRISE is seeking a dedicated French and Spanish Teacher to join its mission‑driven team in Accra. This full‑time, on‑site position involves delivering engaging language lessons to learners of varying proficiency levels while supporting the organization’s broader educational and social impact goals.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver French and Spanish lessons using diverse teaching methods.
• Develop and update curricula aligned with learner needs.
• Assess student progress through tests, assignments and provide constructive feedback.
• Offer individual or small‑group tutoring as required.
• Maintain classroom discipline and foster a supportive learning environment.
• Collaborate with team members to integrate language programs with the organization’s social initiatives.

Required profile

• Fluency or advanced proficiency in both French and Spanish.
• Relevant teaching certification or a degree in Education, Languages, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Experience teaching in school or community settings, preferably with mixed‑ability groups.
• Strong classroom management, organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Commitment to inclusive, non‑discriminatory teaching practices.
• Interest in social impact, women’s empowerment and community development is an advantage.
