About the role
Join the Global Rewards Project & Analytics team to drive end‑to‑end data analysis for worldwide compensation programs. You will work on high‑impact initiatives that shape how the company rewards its talent across borders.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure data quality standards are met and perform follow‑ups when needed.
- Design and execute analytical initiatives, including dashboard creation, process automation, and advanced analytics techniques.
- Provide key metrics and actionable insights to global stakeholders.
- Conduct ad‑hoc analyses to uncover patterns that support strategic compensation initiatives.
- Participate in continuous‑improvement projects and support analytical deliverables.
Required profile
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in analytical or stakeholder‑focused compensation roles.
- Advanced proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
Required skills
- Advanced PowerPoint.
- Advanced Excel.
- Practical experience with Tableau.
- Practical experience with Power BI.
- SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
