Graphic & Web Designer

About the role

We are looking for a versatile Graphic & Web Designer to create visual assets and develop pixel‑perfect WordPress sites. The role blends traditional graphic design with front‑end development, supporting both print and digital marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and edit graphics using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Create brochures, posters, billboards, newspaper ads, leaflets, icons, logos and other marketing collateral.
• Produce shop signs, mock‑ups, hangtags and other brand assets.
• Develop social media posts, banner ads and other digital content.
• Design vector graphics for internal and external projects.
• Implement pixel‑perfect WordPress themes, convert PSD files to WordPress, and maintain existing sites.
• Apply SEO best practices and ensure compliance with W3C standards.
• Collaborate on digital marketing campaigns and support online radio, TV and news site design.
• Optional: work with Laravel and Vue.js, Flash, ActionScript and motion‑animation techniques.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in graphic design and web development.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Self‑motivated, proactive communicator and team player.
• Open to learning new technologies and creative problem‑solving.

Required skills

• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator (Adobe Creative Suite).
• WordPress theme development and PSD‑to‑WordPress conversion.
• Pixel‑perfect design implementation.
• HTML/CSS front‑end development.
• Basic knowledge of SEO principles.
• Familiarity with Laravel, Vue.js (plus).
• Understanding of W3C standards.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
