About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Female Head of Preschool to lead our early childhood education programme. The role combines instructional leadership with operational oversight to ensure high‑quality learning experiences for young children.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage the preschool department, setting strategic direction.
- Supervise and mentor preschool teachers, fostering professional growth.
- Monitor and support curriculum implementation to align with developmental goals.
- Track children’s progress and coordinate interventions as needed.
- Engage parents through regular communication and organised events.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and regulatory standards.
Required profile
- Degree in Early Childhood Education.
- Professional teaching qualification.
- Previous experience in preschool leadership is preferred.
