HR Business Partner / People & Culture Lead

About the role

The HR Business Partner (People & Culture Lead) will act as the strategic bridge between human resources and business objectives for MAC Partners Group. Reporting to the Group CEO & Commercial Director, you will lead the design and implementation of HR systems, organisational structures, performance frameworks, talent pipelines and culture‑building initiatives across the Group’s engineering, manufacturing and technical training businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain organograms, role profiles, job grading and competency frameworks for all subsidiaries.
• Translate corporate strategy into workforce plans and staffing requirements, supporting restructuring initiatives.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for technical, administrative, leadership, training and factory roles across Ghana and emerging markets.
• Improve candidate experience and enforce consistent onboarding processes.
• Roll out a Group‑wide performance management framework using KPIs, scorecards and quarterly reviews.
• Collaborate with subsidiary leaders to set targets, track performance and ensure accountability.
• Support the design of incentive plans linked to performance for various functional teams.
• Drive culture‑building initiatives, reinforce values and develop leadership capabilities.

Required profile

• Senior HR professional with at least 7 years (84 months) of experience.
• Proven ability to align people strategy with overall business objectives.
• Experience in organisational development, workforce planning and talent acquisition in multi‑subsidiary environments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, capable of working directly with senior leadership.
