About the role

We are seeking a motivated Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. In this role you will help connect great people with great opportunities while contributing to a fast‑moving, people‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive recruitment support and keep hiring processes running smoothly.
• Assist with day‑to‑day recruitment activities, including posting jobs and managing candidate pipelines.
• Conduct initial screenings and face‑to‑face interviews to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, support compensation discussions and negotiate offers.
• Source top talent through community networks, colleges, and other platforms.
• Maintain accurate records in the ATS and support recruitment reporting and tracking.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months of experience in talent acquisition.
• Degree‑level education.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Highly organized, able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Professional handling of confidential information.
