Human Resource Generalist – Outsourcing

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Human Resource Generalist to lead our outsourcing services for a portfolio of clients in Accra and Tema. You will act as the primary HR advisor, ensuring seamless delivery of end‑to‑end HR processes and high client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, managing expectations and providing strategic HR advice.
• Oversee the full HR lifecycle for outsourced staff, including onboarding, performance management, payroll processing and off‑boarding.
• Administer monthly payrolls and maintain accurate employee records using HRIS tools.
• Manage vendor relationships and support overall office administration.
• Ensure compliance with Ghanaian labour laws, SLA terms and industry regulations across all client engagements.
• Resolve complex employee relations issues with diplomacy and maintain strong client relationships.
• Monitor service level agreements to drive value and retain clients.
• Stay current on HR trends, legal updates and emerging technologies to continuously improve service delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 4‑6 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a client‑facing or consultancy role.
• Strong knowledge of HR outsourcing models, SLA management and Ghanaian labour legislation.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
