HV Termination Technician

About the role

The High‑Voltage (HV) Termination Technician will carry out cable termination, testing and commissioning activities on construction sites under the supervision of the Electrical Superintendent. The role focuses on ensuring safe and reliable high‑voltage connections across projects in Ghana and West Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Perform high‑voltage cable terminations on site.
• Conduct HV testing and commissioning of installed cable systems.
• Apply safety and isolation procedures throughout all tasks.
• Coordinate with the electrical team to maintain quality standards.

Required profile

• Trade or NVTI certification in Electrical Installation or Power Systems.
• Proven experience in HV terminations and testing.
• Strong knowledge of safety and isolation procedures.
• Demonstrated safety leadership and quality orientation.
• Effective communication and team coordination abilities.
• Willingness to work on project sites in Ghana and across West Africa.
