Industrial Operations Trainee – Mechanical Technician

About the role

This 18‑month Industrial Operations Trainee program offers recent engineering graduates hands‑on experience in Bunge’s crushing, refining, or packaging facilities across EMEA. You will work on day‑to‑day operations, gaining practical knowledge of agribusiness processes and Bunge’s industrial business.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in daily operational tasks at a state‑of‑the‑art industrial facility.
• Learn and apply reliability and maintenance practices in a real‑world setting.
• Collaborate with multi‑functional business specialists and international leaders.
• Contribute to real business challenges and continuous improvement projects.

Required profile

• Recent or upcoming engineering graduate (0‑2 years experience).
• Interest in agribusiness or food production sectors.
• Education in Mechanical Engineering, Reliability & Maintenance, or related fields.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and interpersonal abilities.
• Good command of English; local language may be required.
