Inventory Control Clerk

About the role

The Inventory Control Clerk will manage the flow of wholesale and retail stock for Autumn Roses Ltd, ensuring accurate data capture and timely dispatch. This entry‑level position works closely with warehouse staff and the Accounts Officer to keep inventory records up‑to‑date.

Key responsibilities

• Record all incoming wholesale and retail stock into an integrated digital platform with zero lag.
• Issue paper counting sheets, verify physical counts, and prepare final data for the Accounts Officer.
• Print and apply product, shelf, and pallet barcode labels using thermal printers.
• Prepare daily delivery manifests and ensure outbound items are removed from the system before departure.
• Conduct daily spot‑checks and weekly cycle counts, compiling variance reports for review.

Required profile

• Higher National Diploma in Purchasing & Supply, Accounting, Statistics or DBS in Accounting/Secretarial Duties.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including filtering, sorting and basic formulas (SUM, AVERAGE).
• Comfort with digital tools and smartphones; basic bookkeeping awareness of inbound and outbound stock movements.
• Location: Lashibi (Tema Community 17), Ghana.
