About the role
The University College of Management Studies is seeking an IT Systems Administrator for its Accra campus. You will ensure that the institution’s hardware, software and related infrastructure operate smoothly and securely.
Key responsibilities
- Provision, install and configure servers, workstations and networking equipment.
- Maintain and update operating systems, applications and security patches.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware or software issues.
- Support end‑users with technical problems and ensure reliable service delivery.
Required profile
- B.Sc. degree or equivalent in engineering, computer science or a related technical field.
- Certification in Systems Administration or System Engineering for Unix or Microsoft platforms.
- Relevant working experience (at least one month) in system administration.
