Lifeguard – Beach Club (Accra)

About the role

We are seeking a vibrant and organized Lifeguard to join the Sandbox Beach Club team in Labadi, Accra. You will ensure the safety of swimmers at our beach resort and pool facilities while providing excellent customer service in a dynamic, outdoor environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor swimmers, enforce pool and beach rules, and warn of unsafe activities.
• Perform rescues, administer first aid, CPR, and artificial respiration when needed.
• Inspect water conditions, pool equipment, and facilities for safety compliance.
• Assist with chemical testing, record‑keeping, and routine pool cleaning.
• Support swimming instruction and resolve scheduling conflicts for facility use.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months of lifeguarding or related experience.
• Certification from the Ghana Lifesaving and Diving Association.
• Ability to assess water conditions at beaches, pools, or natural water bodies.

What we offer

• Monthly salary between GHS 1,000 and GHS 2,000.
