Machine Learning Engineer

About the role

Zof AI is looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to develop, fine‑tune and evaluate ML models that power verification and quality features in its AI products. The role owns the full model lifecycle—from dataset creation and labeling pipelines to production monitoring—in a fast‑moving, high‑performance environment.

Key responsibilities

• Train, fine‑tune and evaluate models for production use.
• Build and maintain datasets, labeling pipelines and data‑quality checks.
• Own training infrastructure, experiment tracking and model serving.
• Develop applied models that power verification and quality features.
• Establish rigorous evaluation, regression testing and production monitoring.
• Decide when to train, fine‑tune or call external APIs.
• Collaborate with AI and product engineers to ship models into features.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience training and fine‑tuning machine‑learning models.
• Strong grounding in ML fundamentals and evaluation methodology.
• Experience building datasets and data pipelines.
• Solid software‑engineering discipline and clear communication.
• Evidence of models shipped to production or rigorous applied work.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑moving environment.
