Maintenance Supervisor – Tamale

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor will support the Maintenance Manager in ensuring all equipment at the Tamale site operates reliably and safely. This role focuses on planning, executing and monitoring both preventive and corrective maintenance activities while managing contractor performance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Maintenance Manager in developing preventive and curative maintenance programmes.
• Control and monitor the execution of these programmes across all equipment.
• Track contractor spare‑part inventories to guarantee efficient maintenance.
• Supervise and coordinate all maintenance work performed on‑site.
• Prepare and submit monthly maintenance activity reports.
• Ensure contractors comply with TEMG HSEQ standards and all applicable legal requirements.
• Develop and run a programme to evaluate contractor performance.
• Organise and take part in monthly maintenance and contractor meetings.

Required profile

• Engineering degree (B.Tech) in Mechanical, Electrical or a related discipline with a solid technical background.
• Strong organisational and monitoring abilities.
• Effective teamwork, communication and analytical skills.
