Marketing Manager

About the role

Super Group Africa is looking for a Marketing Manager to drive growth and market leadership in Ghana. You will shape strategic marketing initiatives, lead a team of specialists, and deliver integrated campaigns that boost brand awareness, acquisition, engagement and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of marketing specialists to ensure high‑performance execution.
• Design and implement data‑driven marketing strategies that increase brand visibility and customer acquisition.
• Oversee the planning, launch and optimisation of multi‑channel campaigns across digital and offline touchpoints.
• Collaborate with product, partnership and cross‑functional teams to enhance customer experience and support business objectives.
• Manage project timelines, budgets and deliverables for marketing, product and partnership initiatives.
• Identify and resolve marketing challenges using analytics and insights.
