Marketing Officer – Food & Beverage Brand

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Officer to be the voice of our farm‑to‑door food brand across digital platforms and trade channels. Working closely with the Managing Director and operations team, you will shape brand perception, drive customer engagement, and support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own and grow our presence on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and WhatsApp.
• Create premium visual and written content – photos, reels, stories, captions – and manage a monthly content calendar.
• Produce on‑farm and behind‑the‑scenes video shoots, edit footage and publish across channels.
• Develop brand storytelling assets, maintain visual identity, and manage relationships with food bloggers, chefs and influencers.
• Support B2B outreach to restaurants, hotels and corporate buyers via LinkedIn and WhatsApp campaigns.
• Prepare sales‑enabling materials such as brochures, price lists, pitch decks and sample kits.
• Represent the company at food events, trade fairs and market activations.
• Plan and execute paid social campaigns on Meta and TikTok, track performance and report key metrics.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure a seamless customer experience from order to delivery, and design loyalty and referral programmes.

Required profile

• Degree or HND in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• 2‑4 years of marketing experience, preferably in food, FMCG, hospitality or consumer brands.
• Proven track record of growing social media accounts.

Required skills

• Social media management (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, WhatsApp).
• Content creation – photography, video shooting and editing, copywriting.
• Paid media campaign setup and analysis on Meta and TikTok platforms.
• Brand storytelling and influencer partnership development.
