Marketing Services Manager

About the role

Visa is seeking a Marketing Services Manager to lead market planning, client engagement, and program execution for its Ghana operations. You will act as the primary liaison between Visa and client marketing teams, driving growth opportunities and ensuring the delivery of high‑quality, locally relevant campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Support annual marketing planning by consolidating insights, client needs, and market trends.
• Serve as the day‑to‑day point of contact for client marketing teams, identifying growth opportunities and promoting Visa solutions.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end execution of marketing programs, managing timelines, stakeholders, assets, and agency partners.
• Prepare briefs, presentations, performance updates, and post‑campaign reviews.
• Collaborate with account leads and cross‑functional teams to deliver integrated client campaigns.
• Track and report on market‑specific KPIs, campaign performance, and consumer trends.
• Maintain vendor coordination, budget tracking, and workflow documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 4–6+ years of marketing experience, preferably digital.
• Experience in consumer marketing, agency coordination, or financial services is beneficial.
• Strong project management and communication abilities.
