Marketing Supervisor

About the role

The Marketing Supervisor will translate the overall marketing strategy into actionable plans, coordinating resources and execution across both online and offline channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop monthly and weekly implementation plans aligned with the marketing strategy.
• Coordinate official social media and owned‑channel content, ensuring quality and compliance.
• Supervise offline BTL activities such as product displays, sampling, and community education.
• Support product marketing requirements, education, and communication aligned with brand priorities.
• Manage relationships with KOLs, agencies, and partners for content delivery.
• Handle consumer queries, feedback, and issue resolution to improve experience.
• Maintain standardized marketing processes, execution guidelines, and quality standards.
• Monitor team and external partner activities, ensuring timely delivery of deliverables.
• Track activity implementation, identify gaps, and provide improvement recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• Minimum five years of marketing experience, preferably in FMCG.
• Proven experience in integrated marketing projects, including social media and offline execution.
• Strong consumer insight and understanding of local market culture and trends.
• Good visual judgment and attention to marketing material quality.
• Excellent coordination, leadership, and deadline management skills.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and capable of driving plans to execution.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organizational abilities.
