Medical Counter Assistant – Pharmacy Sales Role

About the role

AllDrugs Pharmacy Limited is seeking a motivated Medical Counter Assistant (MCA) to join its Retail Division. The role focuses on driving sales, building customer relationships, and representing the pharmacy at medical events across the Accra & Tema region.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and increase market share within the assigned territory.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to shape sales strategies.
• Represent the company at medical conferences, workshops, and events.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and medical affairs teams on promotional campaigns.
• Submit regular sales reports and maintain accurate customer records using CRM tools.
• Stay updated on clinical data, industry regulations, and product knowledge.
• Provide reliable after‑sales support and respond to customer inquiries.

Required profile

• Pharmacy Council Certificate.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in pharmaceutical or healthcare.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Valid Ghana driving licence.
