MIS Associate – Power Platform & Business Analysis

About the role

The MIS Associate will support Genser Energy's Managed Information Systems function by analysing business processes, gathering requirements and delivering data‑driven solutions. The focus is on improving operational efficiency through reporting, automation and low‑code application development, primarily using the Microsoft Power Platform.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with business stakeholders to capture operational needs and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design, develop and maintain low‑code applications and automated workflows using PowerApps and Power Automate.
• Create interactive dashboards and reports with Power BI and ensure data accuracy across systems.
• Support integration of Power Platform solutions with SharePoint, Excel and other enterprise tools.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and assist in system enhancements, testing and user training.
• Coordinate system enhancement requests, contribute to roadmap prioritisation and manage release cycles.
• Assist with monthly budgeting, cost control and expenditure forecasting.
• Supervise project teams, conduct performance appraisals and manage leave schedules.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Data Analytics or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in business analysis, MIS or a similar role within a corporate environment.
