Motion & Video Animator

About the role

We are looking for a Motion & Video Animator to create engaging animations and short‑form video content for our food‑delivery platform and its sister brands. The role is fully remote and involves collaborating with product, design and development teams to bring the Ryno mascot and other brand assets to life across mobile apps, websites and social media.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement interactive Rive and Lottie animations for onboarding flows, loaders, icons, empty states and celebration moments.
• Produce short‑form motion‑graphics videos for Meta, TikTok and YouTube, including product explainers, promos and animated ads.
• Edit and finish live‑action footage – cuts, colour grading, sound, captions and platform‑specific formats (9:16, 1:1, 16:9).
• Collaborate with developers to hand off animation assets, manage state machines, inputs and file‑size constraints for Flutter, React Native and web.
• Build and maintain a reusable animation library and motion‑guidelines shared across the group’s brands.
• Turn briefs around quickly while maintaining high creative volume.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional motion‑design or animation experience.
• Strong portfolio that includes shipped Rive and Lottie animations.
• Proficiency with After Effects (Bodymovin/LottieFiles workflow) and either Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
• Understanding of animation performance, file weight and runtime limits in Flutter, React Native or web environments.
• Excellent eye for typography, timing and composition.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and work on multiple brand projects simultaneously.
