About the role
This position supports the daily administrative operations of DHL Global Forwarding in Accra. You will manage office equipment, supplies and facilities to ensure smooth business activities in line with company policies.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day administrative services such as typing, filing, and preparing reports, spreadsheets and presentation graphics.
- Maintain and troubleshoot office equipment, audio‑visual tools and technical systems according to scheduled upgrades.
- Monitor inventory levels, prepare purchase orders and manage stock deliveries to departments.
- Set up, test and operate audio‑visual equipment for meetings and live events.
- Process payment controls for taxi, meals, fuel, parking and coordinate with vendors for outsourced services.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- Less than 2 years of relevant experience.
