Operations Manager (Cleaning Services)

About the role

Instaclean Ghana is an on-demand cleaning platform connecting homes and businesses with vetted cleaners. We are looking for a proactive Operations Manager to build and scale our ground operations in Accra.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, vet, train and retain a high-performance network of cleaners across Accra.
• Design and implement operational systems, SOPs and quality frameworks from scratch.
• Maintain a 4.5+ average customer rating each month.
• Drive booking volume growth through operational excellence and reliable cleaner performance.
• Supervise field activities, resolve issues proactively and ensure seamless customer experience.
• Report directly to the founder and contribute to overall company strategy.

Required profile

• 3-5 years experience in operations, logistics, service delivery or team management.
• Proven ability to solve problems independently and document solutions.
• Strong people-management skills with the ability to earn trust without formal authority.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with limited information.
• Data-oriented mindset: track key metrics, eliminate waste and report clearly.
• Based in Accra, mobile and able to perform field work.
