Operations Manager – Ghana

About the role

Bolt is seeking a data‑driven Operations Manager to own and scale its operations strategy in Ghana. You will lead local projects, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and directly influence marketplace health, fleet performance, and driver growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage Bolt’s operations strategy for Ghana, focusing on fleet performance, marketplace health, and supply engagement.
• Lead the end‑to‑end driver acquisition funnel, delivering sustained net activations, strong early retention, and efficient acquisition costs.
• Build and grow high‑quality fleet partnerships, increasing reliable multi‑vehicle supply and fleet GMV contribution.
• Oversee vehicle onboarding, inspection, branding, and compliance to ensure high tagging accuracy and category alignment.
• Analyze operational data and local trends to identify growth opportunities, pain points, and actionable solutions.
• Strengthen relationships with fleet partners, drivers, and stakeholders to boost loyalty and engagement.
• Collaborate with HQ teams (Product, Legal, Central Operations, Marketing) to execute strategic priorities.
• Design and roll out Ghana‑specific growth campaigns and efficiency initiatives.
• Track and report on KPIs, ensure operational excellence, and drive continuous process improvements.
• Host training sessions, workshops, and roundtables with key partners.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in Operations, Start‑ups, Strategy Consulting, Mobility, Logistics, or related fields.
• Proven track record of leading operational projects and delivering measurable growth.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
