Order Fulfilment Planner

About the role

As an Order Fulfilment Planner in the Parts & Services Division, you will be the central point for processing customer orders across multiple channels. You will ensure accurate order entry, timely release for replenishment, and seamless coordination with internal teams to meet on‑time‑in‑full (OTIF) targets.

Key responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders received via various channels, maintaining accurate order dates.
• Release open orders daily to support supply‑chain flow and replenish stock.
• Maintain precise order records and perform manual invoicing when required.
• Coordinate with the RDC Customer Service team on delivery status and follow‑up.
• Handle invoicing, proof‑of‑delivery (POD) requests, and value‑credit processing.
• Monitor open orders, ETAs and provide updates on potential delays.
• Provide feedback to internal stakeholders to improve external client communication.
• Collaborate with management, country managers, business line leaders and finance colleagues to uphold service quality.

Required profile

• Strong leadership abilities to guide order‑fulfilment activities.
• 1‑3 years of experience in supply‑chain management with solid knowledge of logistics and distribution processes.
• Understanding of domestic and international sales‑order throughput.
• Project‑management and KPI‑analysis capabilities.
• Relevant certifications or licenses in compliance or logistics are a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Fluent verbal and written English; additional languages are advantageous.
