About the role
The Packaging Team Leader will lead a shift‑based team to execute the production plan, ensure quality control, carry out autonomous maintenance tasks and resolve production problems. This role is central to maintaining high performance on a high‑speed packaging line.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and perform scheduled maintenance, monitor production processes and implement the shift production plan while maintaining a safe work environment.
- Administer employment conditions, apply administrative systems, contribute to team development and manage budgets.
- Apply problem‑solving techniques, facilitate team decision‑making and resolve production issues.
- Develop employees, maintain healthy industrial relations and manage personnel practices.
Required profile
- Ability to work shifts and lead a team effectively.
- Strong attention to detail, computer literacy and analytical thinking.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and resilience in high‑pressure environments.
