Part-time Data Analytics Tutor

About the role

We are seeking a part-time Data Analytics Tutor to join SIIMT University College in Accra. The tutor will deliver engaging lectures and practical sessions that equip students with job-ready data analytics skills.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver lectures and hands-on labs for modules covering Excel, SQL, Power BI, Python and machine-learning basics.
• Mentor students through real-world projects and provide feedback on assignments.
• Assess coursework and contribute to the continuous improvement of the curriculum.
• Collaborate with faculty to develop new teaching materials and practical exercises.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of Excel, SQL (MySQL), Power BI, Python and fundamental machine-learning concepts.
• Ability to explain analytical concepts in a clear, practical manner.
• Experience in teaching, tutoring, corporate training or mentoring is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, IT or a related field.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
