People Solutions Generalist I

About the role

The People Solutions Generalist I will partner with leaders at Concentrix’s Accra contact centre to align HR strategy with business objectives. This role focuses on building trust, driving performance, and enhancing the employee experience across the full talent lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted HR advisor to managers on workforce planning, team effectiveness, and talent needs.
• Address high‑volume contact centre people risks such as attendance, attrition, engagement, and performance.
• Support talent activities including attraction, onboarding, development, retention, and internal mobility.
• Coach leaders on effective people management, feedback, performance conversations, and team development.
• Promote an inclusive, values‑led workplace and help shape engagement initiatives that resonate with the Ghanaian workforce.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, ensuring fair and timely resolution while balancing business priorities.

Required profile

• HR professional with experience in a high‑volume operations environment, preferably in Ghana.
• Proactive, people‑first mindset with a passion for supporting leaders and strengthening culture.
• Ability to align people priorities with business goals to build an engaged, stable, high‑performing workforce.
• Strong communication and coaching skills to guide managers on people matters.
