Phlebotomist – Full‑time (Accra/Tema)

About the role
Revna Biosciences Limited is seeking qualified Phlebotomists to join its clinical team in the Accra and Tema region. The role involves collecting blood specimens, ensuring accurate patient identification, and maintaining high‑quality records in a fast‑paced medical environment.
Key responsibilities
- Verify patient identity using official documents before each draw.
- Collect blood specimens safely, label vials correctly, and prepare them for transport.
- Maintain detailed logs of patient names, volume drawn, and diagnostic findings.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 15189:2022 standards and local medical regulations.
Required profile
- HND or BSc in any medical program.
- Minimum three (3) years of phlebotomy experience in a medical facility.
- Phlebotomist certification (if available) and knowledge of medical laws and ethics.
- Excellent manual dexterity, hand‑eye coordination, and strong organizational abilities.
