Procurement & Delivery Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a responsible and energetic Procurement & Delivery Assistant to support our daily purchasing and logistics operations in Tema. You will source groceries, food items and other supplies, then ensure they reach shipping companies, vessels and clients promptly and in good condition.

Key responsibilities

• Purchase groceries, food items and other supplies as assigned.
• Deliver items promptly to shipping companies, vessels and clients.
• Source and compare prices from vendors and markets.
• Verify that purchased items meet quality and quantity standards.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, receipts and deliveries.
• Coordinate with suppliers and clients regarding orders and delivery schedules.
• Assist with loading and unloading of items when required.
• Support day‑to‑day logistics and operational activities.

Required profile

• Senior High School (SHS) certificate.
• Residence in Tema Community 3 or nearby areas.
• Good knowledge of Tema, the harbour area and surrounding locations.
• Effective communication in English.
• Honest, reliable, organized and physically fit.
• Basic understanding of procurement, delivery or logistics operations is an advantage.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
