Product Manager – BagginsHQ Meet (Ghana)

About the role

BagginsHQ is looking for an experienced Product Manager to drive market growth, customer acquisition and subscription performance for BagginsHQ Meet, a professional scheduling and video‑conferencing platform serving freelancers, consultants and businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire paying subscribers across freelancers, professionals and organisations.
• Develop and execute growth and acquisition strategies using networks, digital channels and partnerships.
• Demonstrate product features and convert trial users into paying customers.
• Maintain customer engagement, encourage renewals and minimise churn.
• Track revenue, acquisition performance and provide market insights.

Required profile

• Proven experience in SaaS or technology product commercial roles.
• Track record of acquiring paying customers independently.
• Established professional networks or ability to develop them.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated remote worker with reliable computer and internet.
