Product Manager

About the role

The Product Manager will lead a high‑performing team responsible for the full product lifecycle, from strategy definition through evaluation. Working closely with cross‑functional partners, you will shape product roadmaps, uncover new market opportunities, and drive data‑informed decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end product development, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
• Create and validate business models and assess competitive landscape.
• Develop, monitor, and report on data‑driven analytics to guide product decisions.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to build and refine product roadmaps.
• Identify and evaluate new market opportunities and product ideas.
• Mentor and coach team members to achieve individual and collective objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, engineering, or consulting.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
