Product Owner – Digital Products

About the role

As a Product Owner you will drive the development and delivery of Axis Pension Trust’s digital products. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and the development team, managing the product backlog and ensuring every feature delivers real value to users.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, document and manage software requirements to meet user needs and business objectives.
• Continuously refine the product backlog for clarity, feasibility and alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with Scrum Masters, developers and designers to plan sprints and define sprint goals.
• Participate actively in daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
• Ensure that delivered features provide measurable value and adhere to quality standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product ownership or product management within an agile environment.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on delivering user‑centric solutions.
