Production Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Production Manager to lead our garment manufacturing operations in Accra. The role involves planning, supervising and ensuring timely delivery of high‑quality clothing items while maintaining a disciplined production environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan daily and weekly production activities and set clear targets.
• Assign tasks to staff, monitor attendance, productivity and performance.
• Coordinate cutting, sewing, finishing and quality‑control processes.
• Track work‑in‑progress and completed garments to meet deadlines.
• Identify production bottlenecks and implement practical solutions.
• Maintain discipline, accountability and quality standards within the team.
• Prepare regular production reports for senior management.

Required profile

• Mid‑level professional with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong leadership and people‑management abilities.
• Good understanding of fashion and clothing production cycles.
• Proactive, organised and capable of meeting production targets.
• Previous supervisory or production‑management experience preferred.

Required skills

• Pattern drafting (advantageous but not mandatory).
