Recruiting Specialist – High‑Volume Factory Hiring

About the role

TWYFORD INTERNATIONAL is looking for a results‑driven Recruiting Specialist to lead high‑volume hiring of factory hands, artisans, and semi‑skilled workers in Takoradi and the Western Region. The role is fully hands‑on, field‑based and requires strong community networks to source candidates quickly and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Execute high‑volume recruitment for factory and operational staff, including bulk screening, interviewing, shortlisting and deployment coordination.
• Conduct field recruitment drives in targeted communities and engage local leaders to generate candidate pipelines.
• Represent the company at recruitment activations, walk‑ins, and community events.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, daily hiring trackers and onboarding documentation.
• Update recruitment data in real time and ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 3–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in manufacturing, outsourcing or industrial manpower supply.
• Deep understanding of factory manpower dynamics in Ghana.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills in English; fluency in local languages is an advantage.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word.
