Attendance Specialist – HR Team

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Attendance Specialist to join our HR team. You will manage and maintain accurate employee attendance data across departments, supporting payroll and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, input, and verify daily attendance data from all departments.
• Maintain employee attendance records in the attendance system and internal databases.
• Review and reconcile clock‑in/out, overtime, shift schedules, and leave records.
• Identify discrepancies and coordinate with supervisors to resolve them.
• Prepare weekly and monthly attendance reports using Excel for HR and management.
• Support payroll preparation with accurate attendance and overtime data.
• Monitor attendance compliance, including lateness and absenteeism.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Statistics, Data Management or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in attendance or data management roles.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential employee information.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data analysis, reporting).
