Recruitment Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead our talent acquisition strategy and expand our talent pool through multi‑channel sourcing. The role will design and execute innovative sourcing initiatives, build strong pipelines, and ensure a diverse and qualified workforce aligned with our growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy that supports company growth and workforce planning.
• Design creative multi‑channel sourcing campaigns targeting job boards, social media, community outreach, educational institutions, and professional networks.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs through proactive networking and employer branding.
• Establish and nurture relationships with community leaders, schools, vocational centres, and professional bodies to create a sustainable talent ecosystem.
• Partner with universities and technical schools to organise career fairs, internships and apprenticeship programmes.
• Lead, mentor and manage the recruitment team, fostering high performance and professional development.
• Oversee full‑cycle recruitment including posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management and onboarding.
• Monitor recruitment metrics (time‑to‑fill, cost‑per‑hire, source‑of‑hire, quality of hire) and use data to improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, internal policies and diversity hiring goals.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Communications to enhance the employer brand and candidate experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 8 years of progressive recruitment experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record of designing and executing multi‑channel sourcing strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with experience measuring recruitment metrics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion.
