Regional Manager – West Africa Operations

About the role

Fordia, a leading manufacturer of diamond tools and high‑performance equipment, is looking for a Regional Manager to lead its West Africa operations from Obuasi, Ghana. The role reports to the Vice President of Sales & Marketing and is responsible for driving revenue growth and managing the profit‑and‑loss for the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a business plan to achieve annual sales and profit targets.
• Manage the P&L for West Africa, ensuring alignment with the company’s global strategy.
• Maintain daily client relationships and provide high‑level customer service.
• Lead, coach and motivate the local team, establishing standards, tools and best practices.
• Act as the liaison between the West Africa office and the corporate head office.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of management experience overseeing a profit‑and‑loss centre.
• Strong knowledge of the drilling and mining industry, preferably with experience selling technical solutions.
• Proven ability to manage sales and operations in a technical environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral.
