Sales and Marketing Executive

About the role

The Sales and Marketing Executive will drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and promoting the brand across multiple channels. Based in Accra, you will work closely with clients, internal teams and external partners to deliver compelling sales and marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet sales targets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to spot trends and potential customers.
• Present and demonstrate products/services, negotiate contracts and close deals.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts and performance analyses.
• Design and execute marketing strategies to boost brand awareness.
• Plan and run digital campaigns, including social media, email and SEO.
• Coordinate with designers, content creators and agencies for promotional material.
• Organise trade‑show participation and other marketing events.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine tactics.

Required profile

• HND in Business, Marketing, Accounting, IT or a related field.
• 2–3 years of proven sales and marketing experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Willingness to travel when required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office.
• Experience with digital marketing tools and SEO.
