Sales Executive

About the role

The Sales Executive will be based in Accra and work in a hybrid setting, combining office time with remote work. You will drive new business for SnazzyHR by prospecting, qualifying leads, delivering product demos and managing the full sales cycle from first contact to close.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage HR leaders, recruiters and startup founders to generate qualified opportunities.
• Conduct product demonstrations and tailor solution presentations to address client needs.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing and contract terms, and close deals.
• Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM, track sales performance and report pipeline metrics.
• Gather market feedback and relay insights to product and go‑to‑market teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within HR technology or SaaS.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong consultative selling and objection‑handling abilities.
• Demonstrated capability to build and nurture client relationships.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a hybrid environment and meet sales targets.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for pipeline management.
• Familiarity with online meeting platforms for virtual demos.
• Basic competence in sales analytics or reporting tools.
